THE ARTIST AND PRODUCER CEBRATRACK’S MUSIC CAN BEST BE DESCRIBED AS EPIC ART-POP!

Cebratrack is the pseudonym for Erica Hallström, who stands behind the solo project. She grew up in Lerdahl, outside of Rättvik in Sweden. But has spent the last 10 years immersing into the world of sound in Stockholm. Cebratrack made her debut in 2014 with the track ’Expectations’ and has received high commendation from press and media, both local and international over the years. She is also well-known for her experimental live shows where the music and the visual converge into a peculiar and unique universe.
Cebratracks music often describes feelings from a different angle, where conflicts within ourselves gets explored. The music is playing around with concepts of sanity and madness where it often ends up in the darker corners of humanity. Cebratrack herself states that there is already, more that enough, talented artists out there who specialized on love and unrequited love in particularly.
The vision has always been to combine the organic, such as voices and other natural sounds, with electronic elements, so that it entices into a detailed and bracing sound scape. The one who pays carefully attention may sometimes discover both dog barks and the sound of a bouncing yoga ball. In other words, Cebratrack doesn’t hesitate to use unexpected elements in her productions, which is why she breaks the conventional rules of electronic pop.
